We collate all the information about your garden that we have gathered and translate this into our Scheme Proposal.Our proposal will be made up of our conceptual ideas and thoughts for your garden backed up with a visual explanation that will include plans and perspectives.At this stage we can make any changes or amendments to the design that are required

Scheme Design

When the particulars of the design have been agreed upon we can produce scaled plans and detailing of the final Scheme Design.

Planting Scheme

With the information we have we can prepare a Schedule of Planting detailing plant names,plant positions sizes and quantities.

Scheme Details

We supply all the appropriate plans needed in order for your contractor to supply you with an accurate quotation for building your new garden. These include plans and documents detailing the Scheme Design,Construction Detail,hard and soft landscaping materials,Lighting Plan and Specifications,together with an invitation to Tender for the works.
